Many of the couples we’ve come across throughout the years of business have expressed an interest in working with a professional to handle all of the details of their events. This can manifest in the form of full planning or partial planning services, where we take care of all the details that you would like to be disconnected from.

Both Partial & Full Planning services include access to your dedicated planner that would be available to you for the duration of your contracted term.

Full Planning typically spans from 12-16 months, while partial planning spans from 4-6 months.

We have not found that simple “day-of-coordination” packages allow us to have the control required over a client’s events, so we have decided to offer a minimum “2-month” package for partial planning that includes “day-of-coordination”.

RATES STARTING AT $350/HOUR

We’ve acknowledged that not every client is looking to hire full service for ever detail, we also acknowledge that there are times when you’ll get frustrated, or stressed; at these times, we want to be there for you to help with any stage of the planning. This can include a second opinion on event design, vendor sourcing, contract review and itinerary development.

The idea behind our hourly concierge service is to help you with a planner in the times where you need it the most, however it often functions as an introduction to a planner.
